- About the Login Page
  The login page contains useful information for existing TRUexchange users and new users.
  - Logging in for the first time
    Once the Rocket Support team approves your registration, you receive a confirmation email with your user ID and a link to your login page.
    - Multi-factor authentication
      Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is an additional layer of security for your account, in addition to the first-level authentication using user name and password.
    - Configuring multi-factor authentication
      After you log in using your user name and password, you can configure multi-factor authentication (MFA).
      - Configuring MFA using one-time password
        Configure MFA using the one-time password you receive over email.
      - Configuring MFA using security questions
        Configure MFA using the security questions and answers that you set up.
      - Configuring MFA using code from Authenticator App
        Configure MFA using the code from the Google Authenticator app.
      - Selecting your default MFA method
        If you have completed setting up two or more MFA types, you can choose your default MFA type. The other MFA types will be your backup options, in case you are not able to authenticate using the default method.
      - Authenticating using one-time password
        Complete your authentication using the one-time password emailed to you.
      - Authenticating using security questions
        Complete your authentication by answering a security question.
      - Authenticating using code from Authenticator App
        Complete your authentication using the code on the Google Authenticator app.
      - Using the backup MFA method
        If, due to some reason, you cannot authenticate using the default MFA type, you can try the backup MFA types.
  - Retrieving your username
    If you forgot your username, retrieve it using your email.
  - Retrieving your password
    If you forgot your password, retrieve it using your email.
  - Changing your password
    Change your password by providing the current password and new password.
  - Accessing the Help
    The login page provides useful information on how to use the website.
  - Subscribing to a community
    New users must register on the Subscribe page.
- Viewing announcements
  Announcements display messages from or about the system, your communities, and Rocket Software. If you have not read all the announcements, the number of unread items displays to the right of Announcements.
- Editing your profile
  Modify your profile information in your user settings.
- Adding contacts
  To exchange files with other contacts, you must first add them to your contact list from the list of global contacts.
- Adding user groups
  User groups contain members of a selected community.
- Sending files
  You can send files to any contact in your contact list.
- Receiving files
  You can receive files from your contacts.
- About the Transaction Report
  Based on your role in the system, you can look up the information on transactions.
- Logging out
  Log out of your current session.

After you log in using your user name and password, you can configure multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Configuring MFA using code from Authenticator App

Configure MFA using the code from the Google Authenticator app.

On the Configure multi-factor authentication wizard, click Set up on the Use code from Authenticator App row.
The Configure multi-factor authentication wizard displays the QR codes to download Google Authenticator app.
Using your mobile phone or tablet (iOS or Android), scan the appropriate QR code for your device.
You are directed to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store for downloading the Google Authenticator app.
Install Google Authenticator on your mobile phone or tablet.
Click Next on the Configure multi-factor authentication wizard.
The wizard now displays the QR code for your account.
Scan the QR code for your account using Google Authenticator. A six-digit code is displayed on the Authenticator app. Click Next.
On the Configure multi-factor authentication wizard, enter the six-digit code shown on Google Authenticator and click Verify.
On the Success message pop-up, click OK.
You are redirected to the Configure multi-factor authentication wizard, where you can set up other MFA types.
