About the Transaction Report

Based on your role in the system, you can look up the information on transactions.

  • If you are a Registered User, you can look up information on transactions that you have sent or received.
  • If you are a Location Admin, you can look up information on transactions that you have sent or received. You can also use the filters to look up information on transactions that were sent or received by anyone else in your location.
  • If you are a Company Admin, you can look up information on transactions that you have sent or received. You can also use the filters to look up information on transactions that were sent or received by anyone else in your company.
All the filters are wild search filters, meaning they will get all relevant information that matches the filters.
  • Clicking the Submit button will get the information about transactions based on filters provided.
  • Clicking the Clear button will reset all the filters to the default values.
  • Clicking the Download button will download the CSV file with the searched information.
  • Clicking the Printable View button will display the searched information in a printable view on a new page in your browser.
  • Clicking the Customize View button will display a pop-up from which you can select the columns that will be displayed. For example, the Filename column is deselected by default, and you can add it to the view by selecting it.
You can click the Transaction ID cell in a row to view details of a transaction.
