Configuring Firefox

Configure the add-ons and clear the browser history.

  1. Select Tools > Add-ons > Plug-ins.
  2. Make sure both the Java Deployment Toolkit and the Java Platform plug-ins are activated.
  3. If the web site is not responding or will not let you log in, try clearing the browser history:
    1. Select History > Clear Recent History.
    2. Select only the Cookies and Cache check boxes.
    3. Click the Clear Now button.
