Setting up TRUexchange Web Client

If you are an existing TRUexchange user, you can continue to use the current Java clients. If you do not want to use Java, you can install the new TRUexchange Web Client.

If you are a new user, you need to use the TRUexchange Web Client.

Rocket Support users can revert you to the use of Java clients upon your request.

Note:
  • The TRUexchange Web Client is supported on Microsoft Windows versions 8 and later. It is not supported on Mac computers.
  • When the TRUexchange Web Client starts, it checks for updates. If a new version of the client is available on the TRUexchange server, the client will be updated before startup.
