Getting your company started with TRUexchange CCX
To get your company started using TRUexchange CCX requires the following high-level
tasks:
- Obtaining a Mailbox ID and a Conversion Code for your company location from your Stellantis engineering contact. You will need these to join the TRUexchange CCX community.
- Registering with Rocket Software TRUexchange and joining the TRUexchange CCX community. As the first user from your company, this makes you the company administrator.
- Purchasing a TRUexchange CCX subscription and a data exchange subscription.
- Assigning the subscriptions to yourself, other users, or both.
The registration process defines your company to TRUexchange CCX and assigns you the role of company administrator. Subscribing to the TRUexchange CCX community and purchasing a data exchange subscription enable your users to exchange files with their engineering contacts at Stellantis. As company administrator, you are responsible for assigning users to the subscriptions and renewing your company’s subscriptions when required.
