Renewing subscriptions

When it is time to renew your subscriptions, a message displays at the top of your screen when you log in to TRUexchange. You might also get a pop-up message if your subscriptions will expire soon.

  1. Click the subscription expiration message to start the renewal process.
    Note: If you want to pay with a purchase order, contact Rocket Software at support@rocketsoftware.com to purchase your subscriptions, and omit the remaining steps.
  2. Make sure that your expiring subscriptions are selected, and click Next.
  3. Enter the remaining order information and click Continue.
  4. Enter your credit card information and click Pay.
Your transaction is processed immediately, after which you receive a receipt by email.
