Introduction to a TRUexchange GSN Data Exchange community
TRUexchange is a product included with Rocket Software’s Cloud B2B Supply Chain Integration Platform, which enables companies to establish communities in which company employees and partner employees can exchange files between each other.
A 30-days free trial of TRUexchange GSN is available for new users and for users of companies that are registered in TRUexchange but not used the free trial.
Subscription process for new users
New users can register and subscribe for a 30-days free trial of TRUexchange GSN. They need to provide the company details, administrator details, and community details while registering.
Subscription process for registered users
If you are a registered user of a company that has not used the free trial, you can subscribe for a 30-days free trial of TRUexchange GSN. You need to provide the community details while registering.
When you purchase a TRUexchange GSN Community subscription, Rocket works with you to configure it according to agreed upon options.
Assigning subscriptions
The TRUexchange GSN Community administrator is the only administrator that can assign or unassign the TRUexchange GSN Community subscription. Only users who are assigned to the subscription can exchange files with other community users.
To exchange files with your contacts using a TRUexchange GSN community, you must register or be registered with the Rocket Software TRUexchange platform and you must have logged in for the first time.
