Configuring Internet Explorer

Procedure

  1. In Internet Explorer, select Tools → Internet options → Security → Trusted sites → Sites.
  2. Enter https://b2bi.rocketsoftware.com in the input field and click the Add button.
  3. Click Close, then click OK to save the options.
  4. Select Tools → Compatibility View settings.
  5. Enter rocketsoftware.com in the input field and click the Add button.
  6. Click Close to save the settings.
  7. If the web site is not responding or will not let you login, try clearing the temporary internet files and cookies:
    1. Select Tools → Internet options → Delete.
    2. Select only the Temporary Internet files and Cookies check boxes.
    3. Click the Delete button.
